The space

Located just 5 minutes from the main ring road in the Hills of Chaweng, all essential amenities and landmarks are easily accessible: Chaweng Beach Road with all its daytime and nightlife entertainment options, Fisherman's Village, Big Buddha, night markets, bars and restaurants, supermarkets are all reachable from the villa. Walking into the villa you will no doubt be immediately impressed by your choice of accommodation when staying here. The villa is designed with 3 fully equipped king sized bedrooms, a cinema room, office and an upper level consisting of the open plan living, dining, kitchen, and outdoor terrace, The living room and kitchen area is designed with an open concept, allowing a seamless flow between the indoor and the outdoor swimming pool area with its breathtaking sea view. Bedrooms

All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and feature the highest quality double beds, smart TV with Netflix, wardrobe spaces and ensuite bathrooms. All bathrooms include wash basins, WC, and shower. The bedrooms are fitted with both air-conditioning and ceiling fan, and all boast sea views.

Indoor Living

Stepping foot inside the villa you will be greeted by the instant feel of class and elegance. The furniture and appliances are brand new and of the highest quality, altogether adding to the chic interior and luscious finish. You will be greeted on the mid level where two bedrooms, the cinema room and office are located and from here you have access to the garden which is a perfect place to gather with family and friends and enjoy our facilities such as gas BBQ grill with outdoor dining area and playing area for kids. On this level there is also a washroom with washing machine and dryer. Walking up to the stairs from the mid level you will find yourself in the fully air-conditioned kitchen and living area which is equipped with large 75 inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix, comfortable sofa and dining table. This is truly a great gathering space, leading out to the deck and infinity swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cooking and dining utensils and amenities, including built-in induction electric stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, blender, toaster, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwashing machine and large fridge-freezer. This areas have sliding doors which can be completely opened up to make the most of the beautiful Koh Samui climate.

Outdoor Living

For those seeking the beauty and tranquility of Kohn Samui, the outdoor terrace and deck is certainly somewhere you will spend a lot of your vacation time. Featuring infinity swimming pool, sunbeds with umbrella, sun lounger and bean bags, our outdoor living boasts some of the finest views of both mountain and ocean. A truly breathtaking area to relax in during your afternoons enjoying the Samui climate. The villa comfortably caters for 6 adults.

Guests have full access to the entire property.
